The Global Dairy Trade index was up for a fifth straight trading session Tuesday.
The index rose 1.7% with an average price of $3,824 per metric ton.
All dairy product categories except lactose and Mozzarella cheese saw price increases, and Mozzarella cheese was not traded in this event.
Butter milk powder rose 10.4% to $2,845 per metric ton, or $1.29 per pound.
Skim milk powder prices were up 3% to $2,722 per metric ton or $1.23 per pound.
