Feed the World is educating Ohio science teachers

The Ohio Corn checkoff program is giving back to teachers by providing advanced ag education training across the state. 

Heather Bryan, Lead Educator for the Feed the World program says teachers meet with local farmers to learn about corn production.

“It’s aimed at having teachers learn about all of the science that is incorporated into the agricultural field, so not just the farmer, but also maybe the biotechnology expert that helps to develop the genetics for the seed that they plant,” she says.
