Down day for soybeans, corn, wheat

Soybeans were lower on fund and technical selling. Farmers are generally expected to make good planting progress this week in many key growing areas. The planting pace might have fallen behind last year but has been able to hold above the five-year average, even with the widespread planting delays in much of the region and excessively wet conditions in parts of the Midwest and Plains. Export demand remains slow with Brazil still controlling the global market.
