Cash dairy prices mostly higher Monday

Cash dairy prices were higher on Monday, except for butter at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was up $0.0050 at $0.71.  One sale was recorded at that price.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0050 at $1.5825.  No sales were recorded.
