CME cash dairy prices steady to higher Thursday

Cash dairy prices were steady to higher Thursday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange with the exception of block cheese.  Dry whey was unchanged at $0.5950.  Two sales were recorded at that price.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0175 at $1.9250.  Four sales were recorded, ranging from $1.9250 to $1.9475.  Cheese barrels were up $0.08 at $2.01.  One […]
