CME cash dairy prices mostly higher Monday, stronger cheese and whey prices

Cash dairy prices were mostly up Monday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.     Dry whey was up $0.01 to $0.8350. No sales were reported.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.01 to $1.3250. One sale was reported at that price.  Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.4525.
