CME cash dairy markets mostly higher Monday

CME cash dairy markets mostly higher Monday

Cash dairy prices were higher Monday on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange except for nonfat dry milk. 

Dry whey was up $0.0050 closing at $0.42.  No sales were recorded,  

Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.08 at $1.89.  One sale was recorded at that price.  

Cheese barrels were up $0.02 at $1.96.  Two sales were recorded at $1.95 and $1.96. 

The butter price was up again, closing three cents higher at $3.12.
