Cash dairy prices were mixed on Monday to start the week at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dry whey was unchanged at $0.6950. No sales were recorded. Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0025 to $1.63. Five sales were recorded ranging from $1.6275 to $1.63. Cheese barrels were up $0.0150 to $1.6275. No sales were recorded. Butter was down $0.0175 to $1.5725. Nine sales were recorded ranging from $1.56 to $1.5725. Nonfat dry milk was down $0.020 to $1.45. Three sales were reported ranging from $1.45 to $1.4750.
