Cash dairy prices were up Thursday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dry whey was up $0.0125 to $0.6850. No sales were reported. Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.60 to $1.5650. Eight sales were reported ranging from $1.5150 to $1.5650. Cheese barrels were up $0.030 to $1.52. Three sales were reported ranging from $1.53 to $1.55. Butter was also unchanged at $1.65. Two sales were reported ranging from $1.6375 to $1.65. Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0500 to $1.55. Thirty-five sales were recorded, ranging from $1.55 to $1.56.
