Cash dairy prices steady to higher Tuesday

Cash dairy prices were steady to higher again on Tuesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey remained unchanged at $0.66. No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.03 for a second straight day at $1.59.  No sales were recorded.  Cheese barrels were up $0.01 at $1.54.  No sales were recorded.  Butter was unchanged at $1.85.  Seventeen sales were recorded ranging from $1.85 to $1.8650.  Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0050 at $1.80. One sale was recorded at that price.
