Cash dairy prices mostly higher Monday

Cash dairy prices were higher on Monday, except for butter at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was up $0.0050 at $0.71.  One sale was recorded at that price.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.0050 at $1.5825.  No sales were recorded.  Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.5750.  No sales were recorded.  Butter was down $0.0025 at $1.7450.  Nine sales were recorded, ranging from $1.7450 to $1.75.  Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0175 at $2.1325.  Five sales were recorded, ranging from $2.12 to $2.1325.
