Cash dairy prices were mixed to start the week at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dry whey was down $0.0025 to $0.6925. No sales were reported. Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.050 to $1.6050. Seven sales were reported ranging from $1.5675 to $1.6050. Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.5475. No sales were reported. Butter was down $0.0150 to $1.4975. Four sales were reported at $1.50. Nonfat dry milk was up $0.0025 to $1.58. Eight sales were reported ranging from $1.5775 to $1.58.
