Cash dairy prices down Monday at CME

Cash dairy prices were down to start off the week Monday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.     Dry whey was unchanged at $0.68. No sales were reported.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0600 to $1.39.  Eight sales were recorded ranging from $1.39 to $1.4475.  Cheese barrels were unchanged at $1.46.
