Cash dairy prices were mixed on Wednesday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dry whey was down $0.0250 at $0.6750. Three sales were recorded, ranging from $0.6750 to $0.69. Forty-pound cheese blocks were up $0.01 at $1.64. Two sales were recorded at $1.63 and $1.64. Cheese barrels remained unchanged at $1.60. No sales were recorded. Butter was down $0.0275 at $1.6175. One sale was recorded at that price. Nonfat dry milk was up 0.0025 at $2.2875. Six sales were recorded, ranging from $2.28 to $2.29.
