Looking ahead, the 6- to 10-day outlook calls for the likelihood of near- or above-normal temperatures and precipitation across most of the U.S. Cooler-than-normal conditions will be confined to an area along and near the Canadian border, from northern Montana to Lake Superior. Meanwhile, drier-than-normal weather should be limited to parts of the Southeast.
