Cash dairy: Blocks and butter down, barrels up Monday

Cash dairy prices were mixed on Monday at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.    Dry whey was unchanged at $0.66. No sales were recorded.  Forty-pound cheese blocks were down $0.0075 at $1.6550.  No sales were recorded.  Cheese barrels were up $0.0025 at $1.5725.  No sales were recorded.  Butter was down $0.0250 at $1.7750.  Fourteen sales were recorded, ranging from $1.77 to $1.8075.
