Pork Belly (Candy Bacon)

Pork Belly
Dry Pork Rub
Brown Sugar

BBQ Sauce
Honey

Cut pork belly into quarter-sized chunks. Rub the pork with the dry pork rub. Put on Pellet Grill Smoker at 250 degrees for 2 hours.

Take out, place in new container and put brown sugar on the meat according to how sweet you want it to taste. Then drizzle honey on top. Cover with tinfoil and place back on the Pellet Grill Smoker for 2 more hours at 250 degrees.

Pull out the meat and drain liquid from the meat by placing in a separate pan. Drizzle desired amount of BBQ sauce on top and place back on Pellet Grill Smoker for 15 minutes.

Grab some toothpicks and enjoy!
