Marinated Venison Kabobs

Venison (Deer) Roast - about 4lbs.

Marinating Ingredients:
1 C. Olive Oil
1 1/2 C. White Vinegar
1 tsp. Pepper
1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt
1 Tbsp. Oregeno

Combine marinating ingregients in marinating bowl. Set aside. Thaw roast completely. Cut into 1" cubes. Place venison roast in marinade. Marinate in fridge for 24-48 hours. Mix every now and then. Take meat, onion, peppers or any vegetable you'd like and place on skewer. Grill at 350 degrees until desired taste and texture.
