Pickled Eggs

1 dozen eggs
1 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. pickling spices
3/4 C. dry white wine
3/4 C. water
1 1/3 C. white vinegar

Hard Boil Eggs. Peel, place in glass jar, cool in fridge.
Combine Sugar, pickling spices, white wine, and water in a pot. Bring to boil. Boil for 4 minutes. Cool. Once cooled, mix in white vinegar.

*Make sure to have eggs and pickling mixture cold in fridge before combining to glass jar of eggs. Seal jar. Refrigerate for 2 days.
