The Sioux County Sheriff’s Office is excited to announce that we will be hosting a National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO) Basic School Resource Officer training course. This training will take place August 8 – 12, 2022.

The National Association of School Resource Officers (NASRO,) the world’s leader in school-based policing, is dedicated to making schools and children safer by providing the highest quality training to school-based law enforcement officers. The sheriff’s office is excited to welcome NASRO as well as School Resource Officers from across the country to Sioux County, Iowa.

A special thanks to the Sioux Center Community School District for partnering with us in providing the training venue at their brand new state of the art High School.
