Four suspects have been taken into custody in connection with a high speed pursuit Tuesday that went through four counties in northwest Iowa and southwest Minnesota.

Authorities say it started in Lyon county, Iowa and went east into Osceola county. It then went north into Nobles and Murray counties in southwest Minnesota. An officer in Slayton, Minnesota spotted the suspect vehicle and tried to stop it, but the vehicle fled at speeds as high as 120 mph.

Authorities say the Murray County Sheriff’s Office was contacted later that evening by a towing company saying it had received a suspicious request for a tow of a vehicle in Currie, Minnesota. Authorities went to that location and spotted the vehicle, which matched the description of the one involved in the pursuit. Four suspects were also located and were apprehended. They are identified as 19-year-old Brendon Brown and 22-year-old Kevan Henry, both of Bronx, New York; 27-year-old Jonathon Chacon of Rathway, New Jersey; and 42-year-old Rafael Rodriquez of Jersey City, New Jersey. Authorities say numerous charges are pending against the four.
