2 Northwestern athletes named GPAC Indoor Track and Field athletes of the week

Northwestern College’s Kennedy Kramer is this week’s GPAC womens indoor track athlete-of-the-week. Kramer, a freshman, from Larchwood, Iowa, crossed the tap in a winning time of 57.57 mark at the Dordt Indoor Open in the 400m. That time broke her school record set back in December. Her time now sits tops in the NAIA and the GPAC. She also anchored the Raider 4x400m relay team to a first-place finish (4:03.17)

James Gilbert from Northwestern College is this week’s GPAC Mens indoor field athlete-of-the-week. Gilbert, a junior from Orlando, Florida, won the long jump at the Dordt Indoor open. He currently sits second in the NAIA (7.26m) as his jump topped second-place by over .5 a meter. He also helped guide the Raider 4x400 relay meter team to a victory (3:27.51).
