Rhubarb Cream Pie

Graham Cracker Pie Crust/Crust Mix

4 Stems Rhubarb (diced)

1 ¾ C. Sugar

¼ C. Flower

3 eggs

¼ tsp. Nutmeg

3 Tbsp. Butter

Combine everything (minus the crust) into a bowl. Mix. Place in pie pan/dish with crust/crust mix. Top with another pie crust, lightly sprinkle sugar on top. Bake in oven preheated to 400 degrees for 50 minutes.

Serve with Whipped Cream, or other cream of your choice.
