Walleye in White Wine

Ingredients:

White Wine

Walley Fillets

Lowry's Seasoning

Lemon Pepper Seasoning

 

Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Take a glass baking dish, grease the bottom with butter. Lay Walleye Fillets in the dish so that they don't touch each other, or the sides of the pan. Pour the white wine in the pan just to cover the bottom of the fillets and the pan. Season with Lowry's and Lemon Pepper Seasoning to taste. Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Drain the white wine and butter from the pan. Place back in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
