Sioux County Courthouse to return to regular business hours

The Sioux County Board of Supervisors have announced that Sioux County Courthouse will return to normal business hours starting Monday, September 21, 2020 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
To access the courthouse, please use the west door (ground floor entrance).
The Recorder’s office hours open to the public will be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. until further notice.
The Treasurer’s Office will also be returning to normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on September 21. Please note the Treasurer’s office will not be processing any transactions after 4:15 p.m. Starting in October, the Driver’s License team will come back to the Orange City office on Mondays only. The Driver’s License team will continue to be at the mall in Sioux Center on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Residents are still encouraged to call the appropriate office to find out if the request can be accommodated without requiring an in-person visit. A drop box is available at the west side of the courthouse as well as one at the Treasurer’s office located on the north side of the building at 104 1st Street SE, Orange City.
Please stay home if you are sick or not feeling well and if an in-person visit is required, please maintain social distancing.
