Seasons Center Awarded Suicide Prevention Grant

Officials with Seasons Center For Behavioral Health say they've been awarded a grant for suicide prevention through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
A press release says the agency will use the funding for additional training, mental health first aid, regional summits, public awareness campaigns and outreach materials, along with specialized services for those struggling with issues related to the pandemic.
A dollar amount of the grant wasn't mentioned in the release.
Seasons Center serves a nine-county area of northwest Iowa.
