Man Escapes Injury in O'Brien County Crash

A man escaped injury Wednesday in a single vehicle rollover in O'Brien county.
Authorities say 38-year-old Mario De La Torre Pacheco of Anthon was driving southbound on Redwing Avenue when he fell asleep at the wheel. The Ford Escape left the road and rolled, coming to rest on its passenger side in the west ditch.
De La Torre Pacheco was cited for failure to maintain control. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,500.
The crash took place around 2:15 pm.
