The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has announced it will limit fan attendance at all winter championships. The limitation is effective immediately meaning today's Dordt's women's game will be impacted.

"After a thorough examination of the widespread health risks posed by COVID-19, the NAIA has decided to restrict attendance at all championships to only essential staff and limited family members," said NAIA President and CEO Jim Carr. "We know this is disappointing to participating student-athletes and fans, but the health and wellness of all those involved with our championship events is our top priority."

Refunds will be issued to those who have bought tickets in advance but are no longer able to attend.

According to Northwestern Sports Information Director Matt Bos, who is also the media coordinator at the Men's National Tournament in Sioux Falls, each team remaining in the tournaments will be provided 100 admission wristbands to provide to family members or whoever each school chooses. Beyond that, only the teams' official travelling party and working personnel will be admitted to the tournaments.

12th ranked Dordt is scheduled to tip off against 22nd ranked Reinhardt University of Georgia at 1:45 this afternoon at the Tyson Events Center Fleet Farm Arena in Sioux City.
