Duck Breast Jalapeno Poppers

Jalepeno Duck Breast Poppers:

Duck Breasts

Soy Sauce

Teriyaki Sauce

Jalepenos 

Green Peppers

Cream Cheese

Bacon

 

Cut Duck Breast into the size of a 50 cent piece. Cut into each piece without going all the way through. Set aside

Chop jalepenos and green peppers. Mix together with Cream cheese. 

Place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture into each piece of Duck Breast. Wrap in bacon. Deep fat-fry in fryer for 8-10 minutes.
