Beer Meatballs
1 CAN BEER
1 LB BROWN SUGAR
1 SMALL BOTTLE CHILI SAUCE
MEATBALLS:
1 LB GROUND DEER
1 EGG
3/4 C. BREAD CRUMBS
1/4 C. FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS
1/2 TSP. SALT AND PEPPER
1/2 TSP. NUTMEG
DASH OF TOBASCO SAUCE
MIX TOGETHER MEATBALL INGREDIENTS, AND BALL. PLACE MEAT BALLS IN CASSEROLE DISH.
MIX TOGETHER SAUCE. POUR SAUCE ON TOP OF MEATBALLS.
BAKE IN OVEN AT 350 DEGREES FOR ONE HOUR.
