Fish Tostados (Tacos)

1 lb crappie or blue gill Fillets
½ tsp chilil powder
1 lime (cut in haf)
½ c. sour cream
½ tsp garlic powder
8 taco shells
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 avacado (optional)
1 c. cherry tomatoes (cut into quarters)
hot sauce

Preheat broiler. In one bowl, mix fish, chili powder and a little salt to taste. In a separate bowl, mix 2 tsp lime juice (squeeze from one half), sour cream, garlic powder and chili powder. Stir well. Set aside.

Cut remaining lime half into wedges for serving.

Place taco shells on a baking sheet on the lowest rack in oven while broiler is on to toast. Remove from broiler.

Place fish fillets on a greased broiler rack. Broil fish about 4 inches from heat for 4-6 minutes per half inch of fillet thickness (fish will turn flaky white).

Take out fish and break it up into chunks.

Assemble taco and enjoy!
