ARNOLDS PARK, IOWA — THE EIGHTY-FIRST ANNUAL OKOBOJI LAKES BIBLE AND MISSIONARY CONFERENCE STARTS ON SATURDAY AT BROWNS TABERNACLE IN ARNOLDS PARK. A WELL-KNOWN CHRISTIAN COMEDIAN AND MUSICIAN WILL BE THE HEADLINER SATURDAY FOR THE OPENING NIGHT. THAT’S IN ADDITION TO ANOTHER FULL SLATE OF KEYNOTE SPEAKERS, INCLUDING A WOMAN WHO’S WORKED WITH SPENCER’S UNDERGROUND MINISTRIES IN THE PAST. OTHER SPEAKERS INCLUDE MISSIONARY MARIE ENS, FOUNDER OF PLACE OF RESCUE, AN AIDS HOSPICE ORPHANAGE IN CAMBODIA; WHEATON COLLEGE ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR ROBERT GALLAGHER; GAVIN JOHNSON, FOUNDER OF CITYLIGHT CHURCH IN OMAHA; AND RON WALBORN, DEAN OF ALLIANCE THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY IN NEW YORK.

THE ENTERTAINMENT LINE UP INCLUDES THE GRAY HAVENS, A POP-FOLK ACOUSTIC GROUP.

THERE IS NO REGISTRATION FEE. DONATIONS ARE RECEIVED TO MEET CONFERENCE EXPENSES, MAINTAIN THE CAMPUS, AND SUPPORT THEIR LOCAL, YEAR-ROUND MINISTRIES.

TRANSPORTATION, HOUSING, AND MEALS ARE ON YOUR OWN, BUT THE CONFERENCE IS FREE.
