A funeral service for 89-year-old Herbert “Herb” James Bliek of Rock Valley will be held Tuesday at 11:00am at the First Reformed Church in Rock Valley with Rev. Cliff Hoekstra officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery in Rock Valley. Visitation with the family will precede the service beginning at 9:30am in the fellowship hall of the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to benefit the Building Fund at the First Reformed Church, Rock Valley. The Porter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
