Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Hawarden Man

On Sunday February 9, at 4:30 p.m., the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office arrested Christopher Heuer, age 37, of Hawarden, IA.
The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop that occurred in Chatsworth, IA.
Upon further investigation, the deputy determined that Heuer’s driver’s license was suspended and discovered illegal drugs in his possession.
Heuer was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license.
