The Center for Financial Education, with five offices in northwest Iowa, is competing nationally for one of 40 State Farm Neighborhood Assist grants of $25,000. The Center for Financial Education was chosen as a finalist and has been competing for votes since August 13; voting ends Friday.
CFE has stayed in the top 40 from the start of the competition, but is slowly losing ground as the week progresses. CFE stayed at 24th place until recently, they are currently ranked 34th. State Farm posts a leaderboard showing who the leaders are, but will remove the feature sometime Thursday, the day before voting ends.
