The Center for Financial Education, with five offices in northwest Iowa, is competing nationally for one of 40 State Farm Neighborhood Assist grants of $25,000.  State Farm capped entries for this competition at 2000, then chose 200 finalists to compete in a national public online voting program.  The Center for Financial Education was chosen as a finalist and has been competing for votes since August 13; voting ends Friday.

CFE has stayed in the top 40 from the start of the competition, but is slowly losing ground as the week progresses.  CFE stayed at 24th place until recently, they are currently ranked 34th.  State Farm posts a leaderboard showing who the leaders are, but will remove the feature sometime Thursday, the day before voting ends.

You must be a US citizen, and at least 18 years old to vote, and have a valid email address.  You may cast ten votes from each email address you own each day, through Friday, August 23.  Follow the link on Center for Financial Education’s website at:  www.cfeministries-dot-org.
