Orange City Arts will host a chalk art competition at Wind Mill Park in Orange City on Wednesday, August 21st, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Then Arts on Central will take place that evening from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Arts on Central will feature a DJ, food, and family fun activities.
