MO Senator awaiting new WOTUS rule

A U.S. Senator from Missouri says lawmakers will wait until the Environmental Protection Agency releases the re-write of the Waters of the United States rule before attempting more Congressional action.

After a ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court on WOTUS this summer, the Environmental Protection Agency said it would amend their updated rule to keep consistent with the Supreme Court.
