Harvest is about a week away for north central Ohio farmer

North Central Ohio Farmer Loren Hulit says his crops are looking good despite a later start to the planting season.

“Our corn is looking decent; we’ll see how it finishes out. Soybeans went in a little late but the warm weather we’ve had here in September and timely rains in August have really helped fill them out and get them vegetative growth they need to be to be a respectable crop,” he says.
